Even older men and women look youthful and fit and live until they are 90 and 100 years old.

What do the Austrians do?

Well, believe it or not, the first two things we do is to enjoy good food and activity with our bodies and not with machines.

I show my clients the secrets that I have learned growing up in a little village in Austria that had 20 houses and 3 farms, which kept even the old youthful and fit and the young strong, lean and thin. 

Yes, okay, Austrians also eat with gusto, believe me. No diets for us! But, unlike most Americans, we eat foods that are close to the earth—fresh, locally grown produce, unrefined grains and meat that hasn’t been chemically altered, and we know when to detox and rejuvenate after indulgence. 


Now I’ve been a professional fitness trainer and nutrition coach for more than 15 years and I’ve seen the transformation thousands of times.
